Shipping and Returns
We build RF and EMI absorbing materials to order at our San Diego facility. Here’s how your order reaches you, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Shipping methods
You pick the service level when you place your order:
- Ground
- 3 Day
- 2 Day Air
- Next Day Air
Orders ship F.O.B. our San Diego facility, which means the shipment becomes yours when the carrier picks it up. Damage in transit is a carrier claim. Call us and we’ll help you work it.
Order confirmation and tracking
We email your order confirmation once we’ve received and reviewed your order.
When your material ships, we email you the tracking number. A person here sends both, so if you’re expecting an update and haven’t heard from us, call and we’ll check on it.
Need a delivery date?
Lead times shift with our production schedule and with the material you’ve ordered. Send your part number to your sales contact and we’ll confirm a current date for your order.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. We don’t export.
If your program needs material delivered outside the US, talk to our sales team before you order so we can review the export requirements with you.
Changes and cancellations
Every MAST order is made to order, which makes it non-cancellable and non-returnable (NCNR). Once material is in production against your order, we can’t put it back on a shelf.
Changes and cancellations need our written approval, and cancellation charges may apply. Call your sales contact as early as you can. The earlier we hear from you, the more we can do.
